These Buyer Terms of Service govern your access to and use Buyer2Buyers.com (“Buyer2Buyers”, “we”, “our”, “us”) platform, services and/or software with respect of your use Buyer2Buyers is a platform that you can cooperate with other Buyers.

Our registered users (“Members” or “Buyers”) share products, engage with their network, cooperating with other buyers for better prices, post and view products, learn and find opportunities for their stock products. Content on some of our services is available to non-members (“Visitors”).

Buyer2buyers is only a platform where buyers from all over the world can contact each other. We do not sale, deal , supply or buy products and also we are not responsible for the deals and the procedure where buyers follow.

IF YOU ARE ACTING ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO AGREE TO THESE TERMS ON THAT ENTITY’S BEHALF AND BIND SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES TO THESE TERMS OF USE, IN WHICH CASE THE TERMS “YOU” OR “YOUR” SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES.

In particular, any reproductions, adaptations, translations, storage and processing in other media, including storage or processing by electronic means, enjoy copyright protection. Buyer2Buyers press photos may be used for editorial purposes only. Buyer2Buyers press photos that are reproduced and/or electronically modified for editorial purposes must bear the copyright notice “© [Year] Buyer2Buyers, Greece. All rights reserved”. Reprinting is free of charge, however, we request a copy for our files.

  • Fake Products/ Buyers Profile

We are not responsible for fake products or fake buyers Profile. Each member of Buyer2buyers must be inspect from the other buyers before the start of the process. Also they must check up the product and the supplier, the quality control is not in our services , we are only connect buyers globally and allow them to have better competition ratio, stock turnover ratio and profit. We do not have any responsibility about losses of each buyer.

  • Linked Sites

We are not responsible for the content of any off-site pages or any other sites linked to the Site nor have we reviewed any such site. If you link to any off-site pages or other sites without our prior written permission, such action will be at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for the contents of any web site which is electronically linked to the Site and which is not maintained by us.

  • Copyright and Trademarks

All Site/platform design, text, graphics, modules, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all software compilations, underlying source code, software (including applets) and all other material on this Site are the copyright of Buyers2Buyers and its affiliates, or their content and technology providers. All rights reserved.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and to print in hard copy portions of the Site for the sole purpose of placing an order with us or using the Site as a shopping resource. Any other use of materials on this Site, including reproduction for purposes other than those noted above, modification, distribution, or republication, without our prior written permission, is strictly prohibited.

  • Users/Buyers Profile

As a Buyer, you may have a public profile (a “Profile”) on the Services and certain information in your profile may be available to other users of the Services. You have the ability to view your Profile, and can update and/or change your Profile by notifying us of any changes you wish to make. Note that if you include Informations in your Profile, it can be used and viewed by others. We are not responsible for the information you choose to include in your Profile ( personal Information, products etc)

  • Delete or Block Your Account

As a Buyer you must accept the Terms and Conditions &  Privacy Policy of Buyer2Buyers. In case of you do not follow these rules the administrator of the site can block or delete your account as a respect of the buyers who trust and make deals in our platform.

  1. Your Account

Use of the Services is void where prohibited by law. By visiting the Site and/or using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (i) all registration information you submit to us is truthful and accurate; (ii) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; (iii) you are 18 years of age or older, or otherwise have the necessary authority to use the Services and/or create an account; (iv) your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation; (iv) you are qualified and have the necessary capacity to enter in to a Contract and perform your obligations thereunder; and (v) you are, and at all times will be, properly and fully licensed and insured (at levels in accordance with applicable industry standards) under all applicable laws and trade regulations to enter and fulfill you obligations under a Contract(and upon request will produce documentation to verify same). Buyer2buyers reserves the right to refuse registration of, or cancel, any account in its sole discretion, at any time. You shall promptly notify us and, as applicable, any Supplier of any such changes to your status regarding any of the foregoing.

  • Types of Accounts.

As a visitor (a “Visitor”) to the Site, you are allowed a basic level of access to the Site. Thereafter, to gain a greater level of access, you must create an account. When you sign up, you are immediately granted a “Free Account” for the Services. Free Account holders are allowed access to more features than a Visitor. Free Account holders are not charged by Buyer2buyers for the use of the additional features they can access over a Visitor. Though we only offer Free Accounts presently, in the future, we may offer paid accounts that provide additional levels of service or access and these Terms and Conditions may be amended to give effect to such paid accounts.

Your account will be accessed through a user ID and password that you will create (your “Credentials”). Your Credentials are solely for your use. You are and shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Credentials and you are fully and solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Credentials, whether authorized by you or not. It is your responsibility to take adequate precautions with your Credentials and to immediately notify Buyer2Buyers of any unauthorized use of your Credentials.

  1. Third Party Products, Services and Content

You acknowledge that the Service may allow you to access links, descriptions and other materials, including, but not limited to, marks, logos, brand names, text, graphics, data, articles, photos, images, illustrations, and so forth (collectively, the “Third Party Content”) of other Buyers or other third-party content and/or service providers (collectively, “Third Parties”). In addition, you may purchase products and services from another Buyer, or sell products and services to a Buyer via the Service. Other buyers and/or other Third Parties may require you to register, provide information about yourself and/or open an account prior to being able to utilize the content or services available, or to purchase the products or services they offer. Such information may include personally identifiable information. There may also be separate terms, conditions of use and policies associated with such Third Parties and you should carefully review such terms, conditions and policies.

  • Agreement

Your use of any Third Party Content, or purchase of products from a other buyers, is subject to the conditions, if any, that each of those Third Parties have posted. You agree that all purchases and sales of products and services made via the Service are subject to the terms, conditions and policies of each Buyer from whom the products and services being purchased, and that you will have read and agreed to all of those terms, conditions and policies prior to making any purchase. Any Third Party Content publicly posted or privately transmitted through the Service is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such content originated.

  • Access of Content

The inclusion of any Third Party Content or any Buyer on the Service does not imply that Buyers2buyers endorses such Third Party Content and/or the products or services sold by such Buyer. Your access or use of Third Party Content and/or purchase of products or services from a Buyer is at your sole risk and expense. If you enter into communication with, purchase products or services from, or participate in promotions of Buyers or other Third Parties, any such activity, and any terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such activity, is at your own risk.

  • Control & Monitor

Buyer2buyers does not control or monitor and have no duty to take any action regarding the quality, accuracy, authenticity or availability of any Third Party Content you may access, or products or services that you may purchase, through the Service, the terms and conditions on which such Third Party Content, products and/or services are offered or purchased, or the Third Party’s compliance with an agreement that it may enter into with you. Buyer2buyers shall have no liability, obligation or responsibility for: (i) any communications, purchase or promotion between you and any other Third Party, or any actions you may take as a result of having been exposed to the Third Party Content; (ii) the quality, accuracy, authenticity availability, errors or omissions of Third Party Content, or any products or services sold or purchased via the Service, or any damages or loss you might suffer in connection with it, or (iii) any information that you provide via the Service and any damages or loss you might suffer in connection with it. You hereby release us from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired the Third Party Content or selling or purchasing any products or services through the Service. In addition, while we use many techniques in order to attempt to verify the accuracy of the information our users provide us when they register on the Service, user verification on the Internet is inherently difficult, and we cannot and do not confirm or guarantee the identity of any users with whom you interact in using the Service and are not responsible for which users gain access to the Service.

Any liability of Buyer2Buyers for damages arising out of the use of this website – irrespective of the legal cause, including tort – is limited to damages that are caused by intent or gross negligence. To the extent that there be a mandatory liability of Buyer2buyers as a result of a breach of material contractual duties, the total amount of any claim for damages is limited to the foreseeable damages.

Buyer2buyers employs great efforts to keep Buyer2buyers websites free from viruses, however, we are unable to guarantee any absence of viruses. For this reason, we recommend that care be taken to assure adequate protection against viruses (e.g. using virus scanners) before downloading documents and data.

Buyer2buyers does not warrant any freedom from faults or errors of the services offered on the Buyer2buyers website nor their availability.
